Volunteers from New Acropolis in partnership with the Vencer E Viver Movement (of the Portuguese League Against Cancer), delivered heart-shaped cushions to the Breast Clinic of the Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Porto (IPO Porto), with the aim of providing an improvement in the quality of life, during the postoperative period, to women with breast cancer.
This is a project that the volunteers started 3 years ago and which began in the pediatric department of the IPO of Porto, making scarves donations for children hospitalized with cancer.
